Admissions & Enrollment
DBAMINHS welcomes all incoming Grade 7 learners, Junior High transferees, and Senior High School Grade 11 applicants. Enrollment in public high school is free and governed by DepEd admission regulations.
Documentary Requirements
DepEd Division of Batangas Compliance- Original SF9 (Learner Progress Report Card / Form 138) with passing grades in all subjects.
- Original or certified copy of PSA Birth Certificate (or local civil registrar certificate).
- DepEd Learner Reference Number (LRN) official verification slip.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the previous school principal.
- Two recent 2×2 colored ID pictures with white background and name tag.
Step 1: Document Preparation
Gather all required hard copies and scan legible digital copies (PDF or JPG format) before beginning your application.
Step 2: Online Registration
Complete the official online registration form with student, parent/guardian, and academic strand selections.
Step 3: Verification & Assessment
The School Registrar reviews submitted documents and validates grade eligibility and track prerequisites.
Step 4: Section Assignment & ID Issuance
Receive your official registration confirmation slip, advisory section assignment, and school schedule.
